Blood Donation
We started blood donation drive in June 2021 and 18 people donated blood/plasma on the first day. Some of our community members regularly donate plasma and blood.
We are continuously donating blood & Plasma. One blood donation is needed every 24 seconds in Australia. Please join our team as a blood donor and save lives without any delay.
Important News
We have organised another blood donation group booking for 6th November (Saturday) & 8th November (Monday). It is dedicated to the Sikh genocide of November 1984. We request to all of you that Please come forward & donate blood/plasma in big numbers. Please contact on 0438 508 321 to make a booking.
Recent News
We are pleased to announce that we are organising another blood donation drive on Saturday 2nd October 2021 where we are aiming to donate blood & plasma in big numbers in Launceston. A humble request to you all that please come forward and help us in this great cause. Do you know that you can donate plasma after every 14 days and can donate blood after every 3 months.
Please note that you do not need to book the appointment, you just need to sign up online(if you haven't done previously). We are already arranging group booking with Launceston Blood donation centre. YOU JUST NEED TO INFORM US ASAP THAT YOU CAN DONATE BLOOD OR PLASMA ON 2ND OCTOBER. Please text us on 0438 509 321, 0401 494 639 , or 0458 158 585 to book yourself in. JUST TEXT US YOUR NAME AND TELL US IF YOU ARE DONATING BLOOD OR PLASMA.
Most importantly, Please join the Khalsa Aid team by following the steps below so that your blood donation will be counted in a collective effort.

- Login to your account at www.donateblood.com.au
- On the top right hand menu: Select Team
- Then Select My Team
- In the search box, type Khalsa Aid and after selecting Khalsa Aid, click on Submit button.
